Description: The RSPO1 gene belongs to the R-spondin family. It encodes the RSPO1 protein, a secreted activator characterized by two cysteine-rich furin-like domains and a thrombospondin type 1 domain.

Purity: ≥ 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Protein Construction: A DNA sequence encoding the human RSPO1 (Met1-Ala263) was expressed and purified.
Endotoxin: < 10 EU per mg of the protein.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4.
