Description: |
CD45 MicroBeads were developed for the positive selection or depletion of leukocytes from peripheral blood, erythrocyte and thrombocyte preparations, lymphoid tissues, as well as nonhematopoietic tissues. |
Application: |
CD45 MicroBeads have diverse applications in research and clinical settings. They have been utilized to enrich fetal erythroblasts from maternal blood and to isolate epithelial tumor cells from peripheral blood, bone marrow, or lymphoid tissue through depletion of CD45+ leukocytes. Additionally, these MicroBeads have been instrumental in enriching stem cells from human bone marrow by depleting cells labeled with CD235a (Glycophorin A) MicroBeads alongside CD45 MicroBeads. In xenogeneic engraftment studies, CD45 MicroBeads are employed for the isolation of CD45+ leukocytes. |
